Domestic orders may be returned within 30 days of delivery for exchange or store credit only. Domestic returns for exchange will be subject to a $8.50 return shipping fee, which will be deducted from your store credit or to be paid prior to shipping your replacement order out. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Products must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and with all tags and liners attached. Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria. Products marked Final Sale cannot be returned.

We truly work hard at ensuring that your order is delivered to you in a prompt manner. We typically process orders received by 3:00 pm, that same business day. All orders ship within 12- 24 business hours. Shipped from our Los Angeles warehouse. Due to COVID19 we have noticed a delay in delivery times, but please do not worry our shipping department is on it, we work closely with our couriers to ensure that your package is shipped timely, promptly, and safely.
